1.On Letterboxd's website, open Settings, then Import & Export, and export your account data.
2.Upload the ZIP here. Its CSV files stay in this browser tab.
3.Review films that were rated or marked watched but never appeared in diary.csv.
4.Download a ZIP with import-ready repair CSVs, normalized diary data, stats, and audit reports.

Guardrails

Date conflicts are withheld from import-ready files.
Deleted and orphaned records stay outside active stats.
CSV formulas are neutralized for safer spreadsheet opening.
ZIPs are limited to 50 MB compressed and 100 MB expanded.

Letterboxd treats rating or marking a film watched differently from logging it in your Diary. The repair file finds films present in ratings.csv or watched.csv but absent from diary.csv and formats unambiguous rows for Letterboxd's importer.

No. This tool only creates CSV files. You decide whether to upload a repair file to Letterboxd, and Letterboxd shows a confirmation screen before applying it.

Letterboxd says exported activity dates use New Zealand time and may land one day later for some time zones. Also, a rating date is not always the date a film was watched. Review every repair row before importing because Letterboxd imports cannot be undone.

Those CSVs are counted in a separate inventory and never mixed into active diary stats or repair imports. The original export remains your authoritative copy.

No. Letterboxd's export does not include that metadata, and this beta does not scrape Letterboxd or call an external movie database. Stats are limited to dates, ratings, rewatches, reviews, and unique films in the export.
