Export Instagram saved posts
without cookies or scraping.
Upload Instagram's official JSON data export. This beta finds saved and liked post links, then builds a spreadsheet, bookmark pages, plain text URL lists, and an audit report locally in your browser.
Upload your Instagram export
Use the full data ZIP, or drag in saved_posts.json and liked_posts.json.
No. It exports links and metadata that Instagram includes in your official JSON export. It does not fetch media, thumbnails, captions from the live site, or anything behind a login.
No. The tool only reads files you already downloaded from Instagram or Meta. There is no login, browser extension, scraping, cookie import, or server upload.
It looks for your_instagram_activity/saved/saved_posts.json and your_instagram_activity/likes/liked_posts.json inside the ZIP. You can also upload those JSON files directly.
Usually not. Instagram's official export may omit collection or folder names for saved posts. This beta preserves URLs, author/title fields, captions, timestamps, and warnings without inventing missing collection data.
Deleted, private, blocked, age-restricted, or region-restricted posts may still appear in your export but fail to open later. Keep the original Instagram export as your source copy.
