Upload your archive

Works with a Gmail Takeout ZIP or an extracted `.mbox` file.

Supported today: free text, `from:`, `to:`, `subject:`, `filename:`, `has:attachment`, `after:`, and `before:`.

Export the current search

Exports use the current result set, not the whole archive.

FAQ

No. This beta works only with a Takeout export you already downloaded from Google. There is no OAuth and no account connection.

No. Parsing, searching, and ZIP generation all happen in this browser tab. Nothing from the MBOX is sent to Missing Features.

Free text plus `from:`, `to:`, `subject:`, `filename:`, `has:attachment`, `after:YYYY-MM-DD`, and `before:YYYY-MM-DD`. This is intentionally smaller than full Gmail search syntax.

Not yet. This beta reads the entire MBOX into memory first, so it works best with smaller archives and targeted validation samples. Streaming support is still an open follow-up.

You can export the current search as CSV, readable HTML, a ZIP of `.eml` messages, or a ZIP of decoded attachments.
